Welcome. The eBibleLearning^® Training System is provided to you free through your church’s membership in the Church Training Network. By using the churchtrainingnetwork.com, ebiblelearning.com, or saviorlordandfriend.com, web sites (“Service”), all services of Church Training Network, LLC (CTN), you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Agreement”). In this Agreement, “you” and “your” refers to the user of the System. “We” and “us” refers to Church Training Network (“CTN”). Please read this Agreement before using the Service. Once you agree, you will be granted access to the System until your Church’s or Ministry’s membership has ended.

We may, in our sole discretion, modify, add, update, delete or otherwise change the provisions of this Agreement without notice. Any new features shall be subject to the User Agreement. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. You can review the most current version of the User Agreement at any time at: http://churchtrainingnetwork.com/terms.html

When we make changes to this Agreement, we will notify you of the changes using the email address you provide in your registration information. If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you may not continue to use the Site. However, please note that no changes to this Agreement that we may make in the future will shorten the period of time you have to complete the courses in your ”My Courses” list.

By clicking on the “I Accept” button below, you specifically agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, please exit the Site.

Registration and Your Account
When you enter the site, you will be asked to register by providing an email address and a password. We will use your email address and password to identify you when you log on to our site in order to display any courses you may be studying.

Security
You are completely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login identification. If you forget your password, you can notify us my clicking on the “Forgot Your Password” link and we will send your password to the email noted in your registration information.

You are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: (a) immediately notify your Ministry of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. CTN will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to Church Training Network. CTN does not sell, trade, or rent your information to others. You may choose to purchase additional online courses from our third party publishing partners.

Using the Site
The Service is provided by CTN for the spiritual edification of its members. Users of this Service must not utilize it in such a way as to offend or interfere with the use by anyone else. CTN expressly reserves the right to remove any user of any user who contravenes any of the provisions of the Agreement

For those purchasing individual courses, a valid credit card or debit card is required.

There will be no refunds or credits for any purchases. Courses are in electronic format and are considered a final purchase when payment is made.

Church Training Network and the eBibleLearning^® Training System are committed to preserving your right to privacy. Any information that you provide is treated as confidential and is not sold or otherwise disclose except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the circumstance that it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION (PII)?
Personally identifiable information (PII) is information that can personally identify you, such as your full name (first and last name), your e-mail address and your mailing address. Information that may be personal in nature – but cannot identify who you are – is not personally identifiable information. Church Training Network owns the code, databases, and all rights to the eBibleLearning^® Training System.

LOCAL CHURCH MINISTRY
If you are studying with a local church group, that organization will have access to group information which may include your name, email address and the courses you are studying. They may use this data for administration of ministry purposes.

DISCLOSURE
In using this web site, you may be required to submit information when registering for access to online educational activities. Any information collected for survey purposes is not considered confidential and is used for the purposes of evaluating educational activities, assessing educational needs and learning styles, and other preferences of registered users. Church Training Network may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

CHANGES
We may periodically update this policy. If we make significant changes in the way we treat personal information we will send a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or place a prominent notice on our site.

SURVEYS AND FEEDBACK
We may collect aggregate information in connection with surveys or other online activities that allow you to give us your feedback. We do not collect any PII in connection with surveys or feedback requests, nor is the information you provide connected to any PII we may have about you. Any feedback you provide to eBibleLearning.com shall not be considered confidential and is the property of Church Training Network. E-MAIL COMMUNICATIONS
If you contact us by e-mail, we use your e-mail address (which is PII) only to respond to your specific request or question. An eStudyAlert is an email reminder that you are responsible to turn off and on at your discretion. E-mail Communication from us may occur. Our site may allow you to sign up to receive newsletters and e-mails regarding special eBibleLearning^® promotional messages or offers. The newsletters and e-mails will provide you with information about new website features.
